Director, Program Implementation - East Tennessee

📋 Description

• Lead implementation and drive LEA impact within the East Tennessee Grand Division.
• Manage contractors, ensure timely, evidence-based technical assistance aligned with TN RTI²-A+B.
• Diagnose needs, develop support plans, and facilitate professional learning and coaching cycles.
• Coordinate Grand Division execution with statewide leaders for coherent service delivery.
• Travel up to 60% within the division and broader state as needed.
• Build partner capacity toward sustainability and decreasing dependence on outside support.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years K–12 teaching with impact, plus 2+ years coaching/leadership in implementation.
• Experience with RTI/MTSS, inclusive instruction, and tiered interventions preferred.
• Strong coaching, relationship-building, and project management skills.
• Ability to analyze data to identify root causes and inform decisions.
• Experience in nonprofit or education-focused program implementation a plus.
