📋 Description

• Lead implementation and drive LEA impact in TN Grand Division.
• Diagnose needs, develop support plans, and facilitate professional learning.
• Coach and manage contractors to ensure timely, evidence-based technical assistance.
• Coordinate Grand Division execution and ensure alignment with TN requirements and Blue Engine
• Drive partner outcomes through high-quality RTI2-A+B implementation.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 5+ years K–12 teaching with impact on outcomes
• 2+ years coaching, school leadership, or implementation leadership
• Experience in special education, multilingual education, or tiered interventions preferred
• Strong coaching, relationship-building, and data-informed decision making
