Director, Program Implementation - West Tennessee

📋 Description

• Lead implementation and drive impact within one Tennessee Grand Division.
• Serve LEAs, schools, educators, and leaders with high-quality RTI²-A+B support.
• Diagnose needs, develop support plans, and facilitate professional learning.
• Coach cycles that strengthen RTI²-A+B systems and inclusive instruction.
• Manage and develop contractors; ensure timely, evidence-based assistance.
• Coordinate Grand Division execution with statewide alignment.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years K–12 teaching with demonstrated impact; 2+ years coaching/leadership.
• Experience in coaching, curriculum/instruction, or MTSS/RTI; special ed/multilingual preferred.
• Strong ability to deepens educator skills and shift mindsets via coaching.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and coordinate multiple partners.
• Knowledge of inclusive instruction and instructional systems in K–12.
