📋 Description

• Lead and manage a team of Clinical Project Managers (10–15).
• Drive milestones, budget, quality, client satisfaction, revenue, utilization, retention KPIs.
• Foster ownership, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Handle performance improvement plans and HR disciplinary processes.
• Refine resource allocation to align demand with capacity and skills.
• Maintain utilization while reserving capacity for training and business development.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in life/health sciences or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of clinical PM experience in CRO/pharma/biotech.
• Minimum 5 years of direct people-management experience.
• Experience leading teams for full-service trials, post-authorization studies, registries, and
• Proven ability to manage revenue, margin, and change orders across a portfolio.
• Deep knowledge of clinical PM methods, resource planning, risk/contingency, governance.
