Lead and manage a team of 10–15 Clinical Project Managers
Drive KPI-based performance on milestones, budget, quality, and client satisfaction
Develop resource allocation to align demand with capacity
Manage portfolio risks and contingency plans
Collaborate across clinical, data, regulatory, and operational functions

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s in life sciences or related; advanced degree preferred
10+ years clinical project management in CRO/pharma/biotech
5+ years direct people management
Experience with full-service trials, budget, and change-order oversight
Knowledge of Planisware, CTMS, Excel, SharePoint, Teams; regulatory familiarity
PMP or equivalent is preferred
