Director, Project Management - EDS

📋 Description

• Lead and manage a team of 10–15 Clinical Project Managers
• Drive KPI-based performance across milestones, budget, quality, client satisfaction, and revenue
• Foster ownership, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
• Oversee capacity planning, contingency planning, and resource allocation
• Ensure governance, SOPs, and quality-management across PMO
• Collaborate with multiple functions in a complex global matrix

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in life/health sciences; advanced degree preferred
• 10+ years clinical project management in CRO/pharma/biotech
• 5+ years of direct people management
• Experience with full-service trials, PMS, registries, or real-world studies
• Proven revenue/margin accountability and change-order delivery
• Strong knowledge of PM methodologies and governance; PMP preferred
