Director, Project Management - EDS

📋 Description

• Lead and directly manage a team of approximately 10–15 Clinical Project Managers
• Establish performance KPIs covering milestones, budget, quality, client satisfaction, revenue
• Build a culture of ownership, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
• Manage performance improvement plans and disciplinary processes with HR
• Refine resource allocation to meet project demand and team capacity
• Maintain utilization while allowing capacity for training, mentoring, and business development

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or related; advanced degree preferred
• At least 10 years of clinical project management experience in CRO/pharma/biotech
• Minimum 5 years of direct people-management experience
• Experience leading teams for full-service trials, post-authorization studies, registries, and
• Ability to oversee revenue delivery, margin, financial performance, and change-order execution
• Deep knowledge of clinical project management methodologies and governance
