• Lead a team of 10–15 Clinical Project Managers
• Oversee milestones, budgets, quality, client satisfaction
• Drive SOPs, governance, and data-driven decisions
• Coordinate across Data, Clinical Operations, Regulatory, and Finance
• Ensure executive-ready status reporting

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's in life/health sciences; MS/PhD/MBA preferred
• 10+ years clinical project management in CRO/pharma
• 5+ years direct people management
• Experience with regulatory readiness and FDA/EMA/GxP
• Proven budget/risk management and portfolio oversight
• PMP or equivalent preferred
