Director, Provider Contracting @ Gravie

📋 Description

• Own provider contracting strategy for Gravie’s health plan
• Lead value-based care contracting, including risk-based and shared savings models
• Draft and negotiate complex provider and vendor contracts and amendments
• Manage network delegation relationships and ensure compliance across markets
• Serve as product/tech lead for contracting and network systems
• Stand up new provider networks as Gravie expands into new markets

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and 8+ years in provider contracting or healthcare reimbursement
• 5+ years negotiating value-based care arrangements (risk-based and shared savings)
• 5+ years drafting and negotiating complex healthcare contracts and delegation agreements
• 5+ years leading network contracting strategy and managing provider/vendor relationships
• 3+ years managing delegated entities with audits and compliance
• 4+ years ensuring CMS/state regulation compliance and working with Product/Engineering on tooling
