📋 Description

• Lead provider enablement programs to improve adoption, satisfaction, and operational performance in
• Build scalable training, self-service resources, and customer support experiences across provider
• Establish operating rhythms, reporting, and accountability across support, training, knowledge
• Drive improvements to team effectiveness, scalability, and customer experience; leverage AI to
• Partner with product, technical, implementation, and account teams to translate insights into
• Own customer enablement outcomes, including satisfaction metrics, adoption trends, and engagement

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 10+ years in customer success, customer support, customer enablement, or related roles in
• 5+ years leading managers and customer-facing teams.
• Experience with Epic environments (applications, implementation, training, support, analytics
• Experience with healthcare provider organizations and clinical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional operational improvements and organizational change.
