Director - Public Policy and Regulatory Affairs for Energy, Climate and Resources (ECR) Sector

📋 Description

• Lead global business development for ECR sector.
• Identify priority issues, industries, and opportunities via policy expertise.
• Partner with country teams on regional opportunities, scopes, and proposals.
• Represent organization at industry forums and events.
• Strengthen BD processes and cross-regional coordination.
• Manage global client relationships and key stakeholder engagement.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, public policy or related; graduate degree preferred.
• 5–10 years in government, multinational orgs, journalism, or consulting; energy/climate focus
• Strong understanding of Indo-Pacific geopolitics and regulation.
• Experience with senior client relationships and complex stakeholder programs.
• Excellent English; Asian language skills a plus.
• Public speaking and relationship-building prowess with executives and policymakers.
