Director, Quality & Regulatory

📋 Description

• Lead strategy and execution for quality assurance and regulatory compliance across consumer
• Own the Quality Management System, standards, processes, and controls for safety, reliability, and
• Manage cross-functional partnerships with Legal, Product Development, Marketing, and executive
• Oversee domestic and international regulatory requirements for wet and hard goods; monitor evolving
• Build a culture of quality, resilience, and continuous improvement throughout product lifecycle.
• Guide a quality/regulatory team and drive supplier management and product launches.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, quality, manufacturing, regulatory affairs, business, or related
• 10+ years in product quality and/or regulatory affairs in consumer products.
• Experience implementing a Quality Management System and compliance programs.
• Proven leadership in building QA/Regulatory teams and setting departmental objectives.
• Strong knowledge of product safety, regulatory compliance, supplier quality, and continuous
• Experience with global supplier audits, corrective actions, and risk mitigation.
