Director, RA Global Regulatory Strategy

📋 Description

• Lead global regulatory strategy development for assigned products.
• Coordinate with Global Regulatory Product Team (GRPT) and, as needed, Area Lead US/Canada and LRST
• Ensure compliant and strategic regulatory messaging in global dossiers and responses.
• Interface with AST and supporting teams as primary regulatory liaison.
• Oversee compounds through development, post-approval, and lifecycle management.
• Develop acceleration strategies with guidance from supervisor.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences; advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years regulatory experience; 3+ years in strategic leadership; matrix environment experience.
• Strong communication, negotiation, business acumen under pressure.
• Preferred: 7+ years of regulatory activity in multiple regions; global strategy development; drug
