📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end risk control framework for fiat and crypto.
• Own fraud prevention, AML strategy, and fund-flow risk management.
• Trace end-to-end fund flows and identify suspicious patterns.
• Drive clear risk decisions and account actions.
• Collaborate with PH Risk & AML team for local execution.
• Build scalable risk systems and tools.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in fraud risk, AML, payments risk, or risk strategy; 3+ years in leadership.
• Strong experience in payments, crypto exchanges, or fintech.
• Proven experience managing fiat transaction risk and/or payment fraud.
• Core competencies in anti-fraud, AML; able to trace fund flows across fiat and crypto.
• Hands-on with Elliptic (or similar tools); SQL required, Python preferred.
• Leadership and collaboration across regional teams; fluent in English.
