📋 Description

• Own sales enablement strategy and execution with a focus on measurable business outcomes (ramp
• Build onboarding programs around live selling, calls, and hands-on selling rather than passive
• Own time-to-first-deal for new Account Executives; develop tiered certification programs.
• Establish certification standards that demonstrate genuine sales readiness.
• Build AI-powered coaching workflows using call analysis and GTM tech.
• Create recurring coaching loops to identify deal risks and improve demo quality and discovery.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in B2B SaaS sales, sales enablement, sales engineering, or related field; at least 3 years
• Measurable impact in reducing ramp time, improving win rates, or certification programs.
• Hands-on experience with Gong or comparable platforms, LMS, and CRM workflows.
• Strong knowledge of AI-powered enablement and coaching workflows.
• Experience in complex verticals (public safety, healthcare, government tech, regulated markets) is
• Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to coach reps and influence senior
