📋 Description

• Own end-to-end quality vision across multiple product lines
• Establish release readiness criteria and CI/CD processes
• Embed testability into design reviews; use production observability to close the loop
• Conduct architectural reviews for scalability, reliability, and performance risks
• Evaluate tooling/frameworks to scale automation across teams
• Lead AI adoption for quality engineering to improve coverage and productivity

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years in software testing/quality engineering, incl. 5+ years in Director or senior leadership
• Deep expertise in test automation frameworks (Selenium, Playwright, RestAssured, etc.) and
• Strong CI/CD, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) knowledge
• Hands-on experience building AI/ML-based testing tools to improve coverage
• Solid grounding in performance and security testing, plus non-functional quality attributes
• Experience architecting test strategies for microservices, distributed systems, and mobile
