Coordinate diligences with external partners and internal SMEs
Identify and manage risks across the deal portfolio
Drive alignment and effective decision-making across governance forums
Navigate governance processes for deal progression
Collaborate with S&E operations on external partnering events

🎯 Requirements

Bachelors or equivalent; advanced degree preferred
8+ years with Bachelors; 6+ with Masters; 4+ with PhD
5-7+ years in pharma in drug development or BD
Strong scientific expertise in AbbVie's key therapeutic areas
Experience managing partnering/diligence and governance
Strategic thinking, leadership, and communication skills
