Director/Senior Director - Consulting (HEOR)

📋 Description

• Strategic advisor to US-based life sciences teams in HEOR, value, access, and outcomes engagements.
• Lead or advise on early value strategy and HEOR for pipeline assets (Phase 2 and earlier).
• Support global value demonstration and US payer launch readiness initiatives.
• Translate value evidence into communications: US value dossiers, payer materials, and tools.
• Provide strategic/technical expertise on US economic modeling (budget impact, cost-effectiveness).
• Guide HTA strategy, ICER/BCBSA considerations, and payer requirements.

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience in life sciences consulting or related environment.
• Science degree from accredited institution preferred.
• Deep HEOR expertise with a commercial, consultative approach.
• Proven leadership of large, complex projects and teams.
• Experience pricing and delivering profitable engagements.
• Strong HEOR/value, market access, HTA, modeling knowledge.
