Director/Senior Director, Safety-PV Operations Lead

📋 Description

• Senior pharmacovigilance leadership role for global safety ops
• Own lean, agile, compliant operating model for late-stage programs
• Oversee vendor mgmt, safety docs, signal mgmt, regulatory readiness
• Collaborate with medical safety, regulatory, QA, biostatistics, writing
• Influence safety governance and overall ops strategy
• Work with partners across regions in a flexible, global setup

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced life-science degree (PhD, PharmD, MSc) or equivalent
• 5+ years in pharmacovigilance/safety ops leadership
• Experience with late-stage development and commercialization
• Knowledge of GVP, 21 CFR Part 11
• Experience with CCSI, initial RMP/REMS docs
• Interaction with regulators (FDA/Health Canada/EMA)
