Director / Senior Director, Trade & Treasury Operations (EOI)

📋 Description

• Establish and enhance the global treasury operations framework for digital and fiat currencies.
• Lead day-to-day treasury activities: fund execution, cash positioning, settlement.
• Manage global liquidity and positions to optimize capital utilization.
• Optimize settlement pathways and counterparties to cut costs.
• Build relationships with banks, payment networks, and stablecoins in emerging markets.
• Design treasury risk management frameworks for FX, liquidity, and counterparty risk.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related disciplines.
• 8+ years in treasury, cash management, cross-border payments, or banking settlements, with 3+ years in leadership.
• Knowledge of cross-border payments, settlements, liquidity management, and treasury risk.
• Experience with stablecoins, digital assets, or blockchain-based settlement.
• Established network building payment rails and banking channels in emerging markets.
• Proven track record building and managing global treasury systems.
