📋 Description

• Design and evolve an AI harness for production engineering.
• Develop feedforward guidance, reusable skills, and rules.
• Build automated feedback mechanisms and tests for quality.
• Establish regional AI governance and governance thresholds.
• Define cross-organizational QA and quality gates.
• Lead a geographically distributed team of harness engineers.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong software engineering in large codebases with focus on quality.
• Hands-on experience with AI coding agents (Claude Code, Codex).
• Experience building tooling: linters, static analysis, CI/CD, observability.
• Familiarity with agent instruction conventions and context engineering.
• Experience with spec-driven development and fitness functions.
• Ability to lead distributed teams and establish AI governance and quality gates.
