📋 Description

• Own the creative vision for long-form video projects supporting major brands, from concept
• Shape repeatable formats and creative systems to improve retention and channel growth.
• Provide hands-on involvement in production and influence high-performing content development.
• Collaborate with producers, strategists, editors, channel leads, and brand stakeholders.
• Direct creative execution on set and ensure strong on-camera execution.
• Translate high-level concepts into production plans, shot lists, and actionable editorial guidance.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience directing video content with a strong portfolio.
• YouTube experience strongly preferred with understanding of pacing, retention, titles, thumbnails
• Ability to develop original formats and concepts that drive engagement and measurable results.
• Experience directing educational, narrative, branded, documentary-style, or long-form video content.
• Experience directing talent and production crews; strong post-production understanding.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across teams and stakeholders.
