• The engineering organization builds AI-native software products to improve how organizations work.
• Focus on scalable, clean architecture, operational excellence, and iterative experimentation.
• Lead teams architecting assistive and autonomous AI-native products for ITSM/ITOM customers.
• Oversee large-scale distributed systems, data ingestion, cost optimization, and feedback loops.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Security, Operations, Sales, and Customer Success.

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years of engineering experience, 5+ years leading engineering teams
• Strong background in large-scale distributed systems and enterprise platforms
• Deep system design knowledge for scale, reliability, observability, security
• Technical depth in Java, Python (or similar)
• Proven ability to define technical direction and translate strategy into plans
• Experience mentoring senior engineers and leading through influence
