📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end SOX program in a complex tech env.
• Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Eng, Ops, auditors.
• Drive continuous SOX improvement and controls maturation.
• Define scoping, narratives, risk matrices, control docs.
• Coordinate with external auditors on SOX matters.
• Report program status to executives and steering committees.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance or related field
• CPA/CISA/CIA required; CPA preferred
• 15+ years in progressive SOX/compliance roles
• Deep ITGC/ITAC expertise and testing methods
• Strong executive presence and stakeholder education
• COSO, PCAOB standards, US GAAP knowledge
