🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
CPA, CIA, or equivalent certification.
15+ years in SOX compliance, internal/external audit, or internal controls.
Experience leading SOX for public companies or readiness for public company status.
Strong knowledge of SOX 404, COSO, and SEC reporting; ITGCs and control frameworks.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage external auditors.
