  • Advanced degree (MD, PhD, PharmD) preferred; significant field experience may substitute.
  • 7+ years in pharma/medical communications with 3+ years in medical affairs.
  • Strong scientific acumen; experience in GI or lung cancers preferred.
  • Excellent oral and written communication; ability to build trust with partners.
  • Agility to work across diverse therapeutic areas in a fast-paced biotech.
  • 20-30% domestic/international travel; budget and vendor management experience.
