Director, Standards Strategy and Engagement (Remote)

📋 Description

• Lead Experian's participation in industry standards orgs and ecosystems
• Provide strategic intelligence on standards and policy developments
• Shape industry direction through external engagement and partnerships
• Advise leaders on opportunities, risks, and implications in identity and security
• Deliver executive-level standards intelligence for decision-making
• Represent Experian in important standards bodies

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in standards ecosystems (identity, privacy, security, telecom)
• Experience with tech standards groups (FIDO, OpenID, Trust over IP, IETF, W3C, NIST)
• Knowledge of regulatory, privacy, security considerations for digital identity
• Ability to translate complex issues into actionable recommendations
• Influence teams without direct authority
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
