📋 Description

• Lead multi-tower and large deal pursuits within the Global Solutions Organization.
• Oversee pre-sales Solution Principals and Architects to drive revenue and position Ensono as a
• Balance business development, execution excellence, team development, and thought leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• 20+ years of professional sales, solutioning, consulting, advisory, or Big 4 experience.
• 5+ years of direct management building high-performing client-facing teams.
• Proven revenue-practice leadership with experience in managed services or professional services.
• Strong ability to translate strategic vision into operational, technology-enabled outcomes.
• Experience with hybrid IT environments, cloud transformations, and large-scale transformations.
• Bachelor's degree; MBA or advanced degree is a bonus.
