📋 Description

• Own end-to-end transactions: market assessment, sourcing, diligence, structuring, negotiation
• Lead deal teams with senior and associate-level colleagues; oversee modeling, diligence, and
• Develop and refine AI-enabled deal processes and market intelligence using Everpure's platform.
• Build a proactive pipeline of acquisition and investment opportunities across data/AI landscape
• Define integration milestones and measure post-close performance against investment thesis.
• Prepare executive- and board-level materials on pipeline, evaluation, and portfolio performance.

🎯 Requirements

• 8–12 years in investment banking, private equity, corporate development, or venture capital with
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills; experience with deal structures and diligence.
• Ability to rapidly gain technical fluency in enterprise infrastructure; storage/data management/AI
• Proficiency applying AI tools to research, analysis, and transaction evaluation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for executive audiences.
• Established network to support proprietary deal sourcing; experience directing junior team members.
