• Define and execute transformation strategies delivering measurable business outcomes.
• Grow Valtech's AI, CRM, Customer Transformation, and partner ecosystem capabilities.
• Combine executive advisory, strategy definition, partnership development, and delivery oversight.
• Shape client workshops and transformation programs from strategy through implementation.
• Drive value realization and long-term client partnerships.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in management consulting, digital transformation, or related leadership roles.
• Proven track record in AI- and technology-enabled transformation strategies.
• Strong expertise in customer transformation, CRM consulting, and partnerships.
• Experience leading large-scale transformation programs and cross-functional teams.
• Experience building consulting capabilities, partnership propositions, and executive relationships.
• Excellent business development and ecosystem collaboration skills; international experience
