Director, Talent Acquisition

📋 Description

• Shape NerdWallet's Talent Acquisition strategy with business leaders
• Lead capacity planning, funnel design, SLA targets, and ATS requirements
• Define KPIs for talent acquisition and build dashboards for alignment
• Lead and develop recruiters, sourcers, and Talent Operations partners
• Build interviewing and evaluation frameworks to reduce bias
• Partner with HR/Finance/Legal on workforce planning and decisions

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in Talent Acquisition, with 5+ years in a leadership role
• Experience with integrated Talent Acquisition and Talent Operations models
• Proven ability to redesign recruiting operating models, capacity planning, metrics, and governance
• Hands-on proficiency with Ashby or a modern ATS and data-driven decision making
• Strong communication and executive partnership skills
• Experience in a high-growth or rapidly evolving environment
