📋 Description

• Lead and develop a team of three recruiters in North America.
• Build a high-performing NA recruiting function with impact on quality, speed, and candidate
• Manage critical, senior searches across engineering, cloud, AI, and data roles.
• Own end-to-end searches from intake and strategy to sourcing, interviewing, and closing.
• Partner with hiring managers and executives on workforce needs and market intel.
• Provide strategic recruiting updates to senior leadership with insights and recommendations.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in Talent Acquisition with leadership experience.
• Proven success recruiting senior technical talent in engineering, cloud, AI, data, and professional
• Ability to lead a recruiting team while owning complex searches.
• Strong executive presence and stakeholder management.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments with evolving priorities.
• Analytical mindset using data to guide decisions and outcomes.
