🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in Talent Management, Development, or related fields.
• Extensive Workday Performance and Talent Management experience.
• Experience designing performance, talent, or development initiatives.
• Strong understanding of succession planning and leadership development.
• Product mindset with evidence-based, user-centric design.
• Proficient in AI-enabled approaches, analytics, and digital tools.
