📋 Description

• Lead, develop, and scale TAM team in cybersecurity SaaS
• Hire, onboard, coach, and manage TAM members
• Improve TAM processes, workflows, automation, and efficiency
• Provide advanced technical guidance on cybersecurity and threat intel
• Help customers operationalize threat intel in security workflows
• Create and maintain playbooks, enablement, and best practices

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years in client-facing cybersecurity consulting or TAM roles
• Background as SOC analyst, threat researcher, or security consultant
• Leadership experience in technical teams, B2B SaaS
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity, threat intel, identity threats, and SOF
• Experience implementing SaaS solutions and integrations via APIs/webhooks
• Basic Python and data/automation concepts
