📋 Description

• Lead a remote-first TAM team to ensure product adoption and value realization
• Collaborate with engineering, product, OT Watch & Intel, and solution architects to drive
• Translate complex technical details into business context for diverse stakeholders
• Build and coach a world-class TAM team focused on customer success
• Elevate TAM capabilities, relationships, and workflows to scale the Dragos Platform
• Partner with Sales and Product leadership to increase platform adoption and customer value

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience leading a customer-facing team in industrial/security environments
• Strong expertise in platform capabilities, security ops, and SIEM tooling
• Experience with customer-facing escalation, roadmaps, and strategy
• Ability to translate technical needs into actionable outcomes for customers
• Willingness to travel up to 25%
• Significant and relevant experience in energy/manufacturing security
