Lead 2 team members in Technical Accounting and Financial Reporting functions.
Own end-to-end U.S. GAAP financial statements and footnotes.
Monitor FASB/SEC pronouncements and advise on impact with partners and auditors.
Develop and update corporate accounting policies for global US GAAP compliance.
Oversee non-revenue technical accounting areas (leasing, internal-use software, investments, EPS
Partner to implement SOX framework, risk assessment, control design, testing, remediation.

🎯 Requirements

BA/BS in Accounting or Finance
CPA license or equivalent
10+ years of relevant work experience
Proficiency in US GAAP and SEC requirements
Experience leading a team
Public accounting (Big 4) plus in-house SaaS/tech experience
