🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience).
12-15+ years in technology consulting, software delivery, or digital product development.
Consulting or professional services experience required.
Entrepreneurial mindset; ability to build scale in teams and delivery practices.
Proven ability to lead multiple tech teams and complex engagements independently.
Strong technical foundation; able to review code and guide architecture.
