Director - Transaction Advisory Services

📋 Description

• Lead and oversee engagement teams delivering buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence
• Assess quality of earnings, cash flows, working capital, financial performance, and key business
• Review complex quantitative and qualitative financial information and translate findings into
• Manage engagement execution, coordinating priorities, deliverables, timelines, and client
• Work closely with managers and partners on engagement strategy, client management, risk
• Build and strengthen client relationships by delivering high-quality service and identifying

🎯 Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience within a large accounting firm in audit, financial advisory, or
• At least 5 years of supervisory experience, with demonstrated success mentoring, coaching, and
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA certification is preferred.
• Strong financial modeling and intermediate-to-advanced Excel capabilities, with experience
