📋 Description

• Develop and implement government affairs strategies for US therapeutic areas
• Serve as liaison between US Government Affairs and therapeutic business units
• Build relationships with third-party organizations to support policy advocacy
• Provide policy insights to brand teams and lifecycle planning
• Monitor external environment and advise on policy impacts
• Collaborate cross-functionally for global alignment and resource planning

🎯 Requirements

• Ten+ years in pharma, healthcare policy, or government affairs
• Expertise in policy, stakeholder development, and access/reimbursement
• Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage external partners
• Bachelor’s in related field; advanced degree preferred
• Domestic travel up to 30%
