Partner with marketing/content for CMS and ops capabilities.

🎯 Requirements

10+ years in web platform or CMS engineering with Sitecore AI and headless
Strong frontend architectures; Vercel or similar
Deep enterprise search (Coveo/Algolia/Elasticsearch)
Git, CI/CD (GitHub Actions/Azure DevOps)
5+ years leading engineering teams
Partner with product managers to shape technical/product direction
