Director, Yield Management

📋 Description

• Own portfolio-level yield strategy across Direct and Programmatic revenue channels
• Design floor prices, inventory packaging, deal structures, and auction settings
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Adops, Sales, Data, and Executives
• Manage a direct report and drive data-driven monetization decisions
• Partner with Data to build dashboards and monitor yield health
• Lead strategic SSP partnerships and monetization roadmap discussions

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in yield management or programmatic monetization with direct revenue ownership
• Hands-on Direct deal and SSP setup; deep knowledge of RTB, PMP, deal IDs
• Proven portfolio-level yield experience (floors, rate cards, packaging, prioritization)
• Strong analytical skills; proficient in Excel/Sheets and BI tools; SQL required
• 3+ years managing an analyst or small team
