• Build and maintain a CRM-based pipeline for outreach and qualification.
• Conduct personalized cold outreach via email and social channels.
• Schedule discussions with senior teams and analyze audience data.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in social media marketing, influencer marketing, business development, or related.
• Strong research and analytical skills using audience, engagement, and performance data.
• Good understanding of major social platforms and influencer ecosystems.
• Strong cold outreach, prospecting, communication, and relationship-building.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to create personalized, professional outreach messages.
