• Gather and remove soiled dishware, wash, dry, and store properly.
• Restock items, unload deliveries, and assist in lobby area.
• Clean appliances, empty trash, and support other restaurant staff as needed.
• Ensure dining area readiness and kitchen line setup for rushes.
• Report any food safety issues and maintain a clean, safe work environment.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimal work experience.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills.
• Excellent time management; stand/walk 8-10 hours; lift at least 30 lbs.
• Willingness to follow all food safety procedures; Texas Certified Food Handlers Certificate
• A high school diploma or equivalent is a plus but not required; on-the-job training provided.
