• Picks up, loads, washes, unloads, and stacks dishes.
• Ensures utensils, dishware, glassware, and pots are cleaned and sanitized.
• Uses proper chemicals to sanitize items.
• Maintains floors, fridges and freezers clean.
• Performs opening and closing duties and uses PPE as required.
