Dispatcher - Night Shift

📋 Description

• Oversee missions and systems across daily operations on night shift.
• Assign crews, trucks, and trailers; monitor real-time execution and fleet stability.
• Serve as the operational nerve center, bridging road testing, commercial ops, customers, and
• Act as first line of response for issues; perform remote troubleshooting and escalate as needed.
• Maintain comms desk availability and ensure proper handoffs between shifts.
• Manage mission records in Jira and Waabi App; log delays with reason codes.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in dispatch, fleet ops, mission control, or a technical ops center.
• Experience supervising others; direct reports preferred.
• Strong coordination and problem-solving for real-time workflows; able to triage priorities under
• Familiarity with DOT/FMCSA regulations and Hours of Service.
• Experience in technical/testing environments; AV/engineering collaboration a plus.
• Proficiency with fleet management/dispatch tools and ability to learn AV troubleshooting quickly.
