📋 Description

• Own end-to-end vision and architecture for a single, governed multi-tenant data platform.
• Define ingestion, transformation, storage, and access target state and phased roadmap.
• Set data standards: schema governance, data contracts, tenant isolation.
• Design real-time data movement and multi-consumer streaming backbone.
• Build unified data access layer with governed, self-service access.
• Lead multi-year platform initiatives across teams and roadmaps.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-3 years of distinguished engineer experience in distributed systems and data engineering at
• Expertise with distributed databases for mixed transactional/analytical workloads.
• Proven experience in real-time data replication, streaming pipelines, and schema evolution.
• Strong background in multi-tenant SaaS data architecture, including tenant isolation and
• Experience modernizing large-scale data infra (search/logging/observability) with cost optimization.
• Record of benchmark-based build-vs-buy evaluations and executive-facing recommendations.
