Oversee daily operations of the distribution center, including receiving, storage, inventory
Lead, motivate, and develop a team of 30–40 employees, including supervisors and warehouse
Ensure optimal layout, workflow, and utilization of space, labor, and equipment.
Maintain service levels in line with customer expectations (on-time, in-full delivery).

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics/Supply Chain/Engineering/Operations or related field.
10-15 years’ experience managing teams/people.
Ability to analyze a supply chain and find risks.
Experience leading Sr. Managers and developing people.
Ability to identify opportunities to improve performance.
Excellent planning and project management skills.
