🎯 Requirements

• Solid multi-store management experience (District Manager, Area Manager, Regional Manager, or
• Proven ability to improve store performance through coaching, performance management, and action
• Strong people leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Data-driven with ability to translate KPIs into actionable decisions.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills; comfortable in fast-paced environments.
• Willingness to travel extensively (≈80%+), including air travel and overnights.
