🎯 Requirements

5+ years as a multi-unit regional manager in food, retail, or hospitality.
2+ years leadership in a customer-service role.
Able to hire and coach diverse part-time staff.
Know-how in supply chain, P&L analysis, compliance, HR.
Strong organization, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with baking/commercial kitchen equipment is a plus.
