📋 Description

• Coordinate in-field activity to achieve results and targets in assigned geography
• Develop and communicate District Sales Plan; monitor progress toward targets
• Lead and coach direct and indirect team members; ensure performance expectations are met
• Present market and therapeutic area insights to drive promotional opportunities
• Ensure compliance with AbbVie Ways of Working and credentialing requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in health, sciences, pharmacy or business-related field preferred or relevant
• Business analysis and planning skills to drive sales performance
• Strong judgment, decision-making and ability to manage performance
• Ability to articulate scientific aspects of treatments and therapeutic areas
• Experience developing talent and creating a culture of winning and engagement
• Ability to influence across organizations and meet HCIR credentialing requirements
